Order Cancellations

Considering operational challenges, We do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders. 

Returns

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days to place a return request after receiving your product and send the product back to us.

  • Returns are acceptable only within 3 days of delivery.
  • We do not issue Cash Refund for any reason
  • All Returns/Exchanges are eligible for store credits only.
  • Opening video is must .
  • Gift card will be issued with unlimited validity within 3 days after the product is received by us, provided that the damage is shown in opening video clearly and zoomed.

Exchanges

  • Exchange are acceptable only within 3 days of delivery.
  • No Cash Refund
  • If the price of exchange article is higher, then you can make the balance payment to us and if the price is lower than we will issue you a gift card of the balance amount.
  • Gift card will be issued within 3 days after the product is received by us. Gift card value will be calculated after deducting the shipping charges borne by us at the time of sending the parcel to you in the first place ( approx charges are 99/- per article which may vary according to location)
  • No returns on Paper Mache products.
