Return & Refund Policy:
We have a 3 Day Return policy, which means you have 3 Days from the date of delivery to register an order return. Return window will be automatically closed after 3 days (** We DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON)
- Mail us within 3 days (hello@saugaatstation.com) or whatsapp us at +91-9086000957 along with your order id & reason of return.
- Unboxing video is MANDATORY .
- We DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. All Returns/Exchanges are eligible for store credits only. A gift card (unlimited validity) is given. We donot do reverse shipping you will have to ship it back to us .
Note:
1. Damage & Missing Product: We follow a 3-layer checking process to avoid any damage or misses from our end. Return can take place if the customer receives the product in a damaged condition and reports the same within 3 days of receiving their order, provided that you must have proof of an unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the return/exchange request.
~In case a user buys multiple products, only the damaged product will be accepted.
~Once you have mailed or whatsapp the return request, we will share the address with you and you will have to courier the same back to us
~You will receive store credit for the price of the damaged item(s) within 3 days after the product is received by us.
~ Kindly ensure the video is clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the article is highlighted in zoom.
2. Dislike: In case of dislike of any product upon delivery within 3 days of delivery. One can Mail us within 3 days (hello@saugaatstation.com) or whatsapp us at +91-9086000957 along with your order id & reason of return. .

You will receive the gift card within 3 days after the product is received by us, provided that the product is not used and is in good condition.
- Once you have mailed or whatsapp the return request, we will share the address with you and you will have to courier the same back to us .
- In case of dislike., once we have received the article back , your gift card will be issued within 3 working days. Shipping charges will be deducted from the amount total amount of gift card ( as in case of dislike the shipping is borne by customer).
3. SALE or discounted articles: Return and exchange will be not be processed in case of a SALE or discounted articles unless they are damaged ( opening video is must )
Cancellation Policy:
Considering operational challenges, We do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders.
In case of exchange and return customer has to inform within 3 days of delivery.Customers need to send back the Product they would want to exchange / return on their own. Reverse pick ups are not included.Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and is in a salable condition.Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.After the receipt of the product your request for exchanges would be processed.Discounted products will not be eligible for any kind of exchange or returns(unless defected and captured in unboxing video) Return or refund not applicable for "On Order” items.
