Refund

We have a 3-day cash return policy, which means you have 3 days to place a return request after receiving your product and send the product back to us.

Product once replaced is not eligible for refund any time, It can only be exchanged again or a credit note for same value valid for 30 days will be issued.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at hello@saugaatstation.com or our registered phone number i.e. +91 9796630956. If your return request is accepted, we’ll notify you and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In case of customisations or discounted orders, no returns or exchanges are possible.

If the return request is initiated after 3 days of receiving the product, no cash returns will be given. Gift cards and credit notes will be the refund mode (if the request is made within 7 days). 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 working days in your preferred payment method. Shipping charges will be deducted from the amount being refunded. 

Order Cancellations

The order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it. Any amount paid will be credited within 3 to 5 working days. 

Cancellations will not be acceptable once the product is shipped.

Exchanges / Returns

  • In case of exchange and return customer has to inform within 3 days of delivery.
  • Customers need to send back the Product they would want to exchange / return on their own. Reverse pick ups are not included.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and is in a salable condition.
  • Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
  • Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
  • After the receipt of the product your request for exchanges would be processed.
  • Product can only be exchanged if they meet our terms and conditions.
  • Discounted products will not be eligible for any kind of exchange or returns.
  • Return or refund not applicable for "On Order” items.
